1. About Companaro

Companaro is an AI-powered companion application available on Telegram and WhatsApp. All interactions — including text conversations, voice notes, video calls, and image generation — are powered by artificial intelligence. You are interacting with AI, not a real human. Companaro is designed for entertainment and companionship purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Companaro. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be under 18.

3. Account & Subscription

Companaro offers a 7-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription of ₹1,699/month (approximately $20/month).
Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

How to cancel: Send /unsubscribe in the Telegram or WhatsApp chat, or email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect immediately.
After cancellation: You retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made.
Free trial cancellation: Cancel anytime during the 7-day trial and you will not be charged. No payment is taken until the trial ends.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied, contact [email protected] within 7 days of a charge for a refund review. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.
Data after cancellation: Your conversation history and companion data are retained for 30 days after cancellation. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by emailing [email protected].

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service if you are under 18 years old
Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy the AI's personality, prompts, or underlying technology
Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures, or subscription requirements
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with the service

6. AI Disclosure

Companaro is powered entirely by artificial intelligence. The AI companion:

Is not a real person and does not have real emotions, consciousness, or feelings
May generate responses that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected
Is not a substitute for professional mental health services, therapy, or medical advice
Uses AI-generated images and voice — these are synthetic, not real photographs or recordings of real people

7. Crisis & Safety

Companaro includes automated crisis detection. If our system detects signs of self-harm or crisis, it will provide relevant helpline numbers for your region. This is not a substitute for professional help. If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

Your conversation content belongs to you. We store it to maintain your companion's memory.
AI-generated images, voice notes, and videos are generated for your personal use within the service.
The Companaro brand, code, AI personality, and all related materials are our intellectual property.

9. Limitations of Liability

Companaro is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Emotional reliance on the AI companion
Inaccurate or inappropriate AI responses
Service interruptions or data loss
Actions taken based on AI-generated advice or content

10. Service Modifications

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or in-app messaging.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting [email protected].

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
